アプリのプライバシーポリシー
株式会社レトロック（以下「当社」といいます。）は、当社が提供するスマートフォンアプリ（以下、それぞれ「本アプリ」といいます。）における情報の取扱いについて、当社のプライバシーポリシーに加えて、以下のとおり定めます。本ページは同ポリシー第1条の個別の定めにあたり、同ポリシーに優先して適用されます。
すべてのアプリに共通の事項
1. 第三者への提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、当社が利用者の情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。
2. お子さまの利用
本アプリは13歳未満のお子さまを対象としていません。
3. 変更
本ページを変更する場合は、変更後の内容をこのページに掲載してお知らせします。

Amazon向け割引検索
1. アカウントについて
本アプリにアカウントはありません。本アプリが氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所を求めることはありません。
2. 本アプリが取り扱う情報と目的
- 本アプリが端末ごとに作るランダムな ID：ウォッチの保存、新しい検索の1日の回数の管理、通知の送り先の特定に使います。当社のサーバーに保存し、最後に使われてから90日で削除します。
- ウォッチした商品（商品番号・国・目標価格）：値下がりの確認と通知に使います。ウォッチをやめたとき、または最後に使われてから90日で削除します。
- 通知用のトークン（Firebase Cloud Messaging）：値下がり通知を届けるために使い、届かなくなったら削除します。
- 検索したキーワード：検索結果を返すために使います。同じキーワードの結果は最大2日間、ほかの利用者と共有して使い回します。ID とは結びつけずに保存し、2日で削除します。
- 新しい検索の回数（1日分）：1日の上限の管理に使い、翌日に削除します。
- 選んだ国、表示の設定、通知のオン・オフ、前回見たおすすめの一覧：次に開いたときの表示に使い、端末の中だけに保存します。
商品の価格情報は、当社のサーバーが Keepa（keepa.com）から取得します。その際に Keepa へ送るのは商品番号とキーワードだけで、利用者の ID や端末の情報は送りません。
3. 外部サービスの利用
本アプリは次のサービスを利用し、各社はそれぞれの方針に従って情報を取り扱います。
- Google AdMob（広告）：広告の表示と効果の測定のため、広告 ID、IP アドレス、端末の情報などを取り扱います。イギリス・EU など法令で同意が必要な地域では、広告にデータを使う前に同意をうかがい、本アプリの「設定」→「広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます。Android の設定で広告 ID をリセット・削除することもできます。
- Google Firebase（Analytics、Crashlytics、Cloud Messaging）：利用状況の把握、不具合の調査、通知の配信のため、アプリのインスタンス ID、端末の種類、操作の状況、クラッシュの記録などを取り扱います。検索キーワードは送りません。
- Google フォーム（ご要望・お問い合わせ）：送信は任意です。アプリのバージョン、選んだ国、表示言語、Android のバージョン、機種名が自動で入ります。メールアドレスは返信が必要な場合だけご記入ください。
- Cloudflare：当社のサーバーの提供元です。通信の際に IP アドレスを取り扱いますが、当社はこれを保存しません。

4. 通信の保護
本アプリと当社のサーバーの通信は暗号化（HTTPS）しています。
5. 削除とその他の請求
ウォッチは本アプリでいつでもやめることができ、当社のサーバーからも削除されます。本アプリを90日使わなければ、サーバー上の ID とウォッチは自動で削除されます。すぐに削除したい場合や、開示、訂正、利用停止などをご希望の場合は、お問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。イギリス・EU にお住まいの方は、同意の撤回や、お住まいの国の監督機関への申し立てもできます。

赤ちゃんの名前・命名辞典 / 名付けお助けアプリ
1. アカウントについて
本アプリにアカウントはありません。本アプリが氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所を求めることはありません。
2. 本アプリが取り扱う情報と目的
- お気に入りに入れた名前、めくったカードの数、はじめての起動の案内を見たかどうか：次に開いたときの表示に使い、端末の中だけに保存します。当社のサーバーには送りません。
- 名前のリスト：当社が Google の Firebase Hosting に置いた新しいリストを、本アプリが12時間に1回まで取得します。その際に届くのは IP アドレスなどの通信の情報だけで、お気に入りなど利用者についての情報は送りません。当社はこの通信の情報を保存しません。
3. 外部サービスの利用
本アプリは次のサービスを利用し、各社はそれぞれの方針に従って情報を取り扱います。
- Google AdMob（広告）：広告の表示と効果の測定のため、広告 ID、IP アドレス、端末の情報などを取り扱います。広告 ID は、iOS の「トラッキング」の確認で許可された場合だけ使われます。イギリス・EU など法令で同意が必要な地域では、広告にデータを使う前に同意をうかがい、本アプリの「使い方・注意」→「広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます。トラッキングの許可は、iPhone の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」で変更できます。
- Google Firebase（Analytics、Hosting）：利用状況の把握と名前のリストの配信のため、アプリのインスタンス ID、端末の種類、操作の状況、IP アドレスなどを取り扱います。お気に入りに入れた名前は送りません。

4. 削除とその他の請求
本アプリを削除すると、端末に保存した情報も削除されます。当社のサーバーには利用者の情報を保存していません。開示、訂正、利用停止などをご希望の場合は、お問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。イギリス・EU にお住まいの方は、同意の撤回や、お住まいの国の監督機関への申し立てもできます。

Retrock Inc. ("we") explains here how our smartphone apps (each, the "App") handle information. This page adds to our general privacy policy (in Japanese) and takes precedence over it for the apps below.
Terms common to all apps
1. Sharing
We do not sell or give your information to others, except where required by law.
2. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13.
3. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page.

1. No account
The App has no accounts and never asks for your name, email address, phone number or postal address.
2. What the App handles and why
- A random ID the App creates for your device: to keep your watchlist, count today's new searches and know where to send notifications. Kept on our server and deleted 90 days after last use.
- Products you watch (product number, country, target price): to check prices and notify you. Deleted when you stop watching, or 90 days after last use.
- A notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging): to deliver price-drop notifications. Deleted once it stops working.
- Search keywords: to return results. Results for the same keyword are reused for everyone for up to 2 days. Kept without your ID and deleted after 2 days.
- Today's count of new searches: to enforce the daily limit. Deleted the next day.
- Your country, display settings, notification setting and the last Deals list you saw: to show the App as you left it. Kept on your device only.
Our server gets price data from Keepa (keepa.com), sending it only product numbers and keywords, never your ID or device information.
3. Services we use
These services handle information under their own policies:
- Google AdMob (ads) handles your advertising ID, IP address and device information to show and measure ads. Where the law requires consent, such as in the UK and the EU, you are asked before ads use your data, and you can change your choice at any time under Settings → Ad privacy choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android's settings.
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging) handles an app instance ID, device type, app usage and crash reports, to understand how the App is used, fix problems and deliver notifications. Search keywords are not sent to it.
- Google Forms (Requests and feedback) is optional. The App fills in its version, your country and language, the Android version and the device model. Enter an email address only if you want a reply.
- Cloudflare hosts our server. It handles your IP address to deliver requests; we do not store it.

4. Legal bases (UK and EU)
We process the information in section 2 to provide the App you asked for, and for our legitimate interests in keeping it working and secure. Ads use your data for personalisation and measurement only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time under Settings → Ad privacy choices.
5. Security
The App talks to our server over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
6. Deletion and your rights
You can stop watching a product in the App at any time, which deletes it from our server. If you do not use the App for 90 days, your ID and watchlist are deleted automatically. To have them deleted sooner, or to access, correct or object to the use of your information, contact us. In the UK and the EU you can also withdraw consent and complain to your local data protection authority.

Baby Names for boys and girls
1. No account
The App has no accounts and never asks for your name, email address, phone number or postal address.

- The names in your favorites, the number of cards you have seen and whether you have seen the introduction: to show the App as you left it. Kept on your device only and never sent to our servers.
- Name lists: the App downloads updated lists that we place on Google's Firebase Hosting, at most every 12 hours. Only connection details such as your IP address reach it; nothing about you, such as your favorites, is sent. We do not store these connection details.
3. Services we use
These services handle information under their own policies:
- Google AdMob (ads) handles your advertising ID, IP address and device information to show and measure ads. The advertising ID is used only if you allow tracking when iOS asks. Where the law requires consent, such as in the UK and the EU, you are asked before ads use your data, and you can change your choice at any time under How to Use → Ad privacy choices. You can change the tracking permission in the iPhone's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Hosting) handles an app instance ID, device type, app usage and your IP address, to understand how the App is used and to deliver the name lists. Your favorites are not sent to it.
